Are you Dreaming of Buying or are you Ready?

Before you get really excited about buying a home lets talk about a few things that need to be considered to make your buying experience fun and as stress free as possible.   First of all, get pre-qualified.  Getting pre-qualified does two things for you.  One, you will know just how much house you can afford and the different types of mortgages that you qualify for.  You will find that this one fact alone will prevent you from finding a home you love and then finding out you can't afford it.  Two, once you find the perfect house, your offer is that much stronger.

Selling on your mind?

The market is moving, not all homes are foreclosures or short sales.  Not every home HAS to be SOLD.  But, you do have to realize that these homes do have a bearing on what you can realize from the sale of your home, and you also have to realize that because of the numbers of these homes, buyers in general are looking for bargins.
